My experience allows me to help those wanting to make significant change in their life whether it be losing weight to reducing stress and making progress in your personal health and wellness journey at an affordable price.

I believe that through education alone, change can be made which is why the programs on offer aim to give people a better understanding of why their body may be holding onto those extra kg's.

My approach to health and wellness is rooted in the principles of naturopathy and Ayurveda, both of which emphasise the importance of balance, natural healing, and individualised care. I believe that true wellness is achieved by understanding the unique constitution of each person—body, mind, and spirit—and by using natural methods to restore harmony. By incorporating Ayurvedic principles such as dosha balancing, herbal remedies, and mindful practices, alongside naturopathic treatments like nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle adjustments, I guide individuals toward optimal health. My focus is on empowering clients to listen to their bodies and embrace a holistic approach that supports long-term vitality and well-being.
